Position : Web Marketing Analyst -
SEO
Candidate Profile
- Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Web Marketing /
SEO / PPC Campaigns .
- Having good aptitude and analytical skills.
- Should possess excellent communication skills
Profile of Experience:
-SEO strategy planning & Implementation, reporting &
Documentation
-Web Analysis & traffic management
-Affiliate Marketing
-Competitor Analysis
-Ability to do site analysis, competitive/keyword research and
link analysis
-Keyword research including cataloging and indexing target
keyword phrases
-Research and resolve link architecture, html code, content
and navigation issues
-Establish and maintain project management processes to manage
multiple SEO projects at one time
-Staying abreast of search engine behaviors, news and
strategies - reporting key developments to the other team
members
-Work with cross functional departments to develop and track
all details of Online Marketing Campaigns initiatives
-Develop ongoing reports, which yield qualitative and
quantitative trends for ongoing Online Marketing Campaigns

Position: Senior QA/QA Requirements
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1+ years of working
experience in testing web based application.
- Ability to write test cases,
test scenario.
- Working knowledge on SQL.

- Domain knowledge on
E-Learning (Optional)
- Good Analytical skills.
- Willing to work on Night
shift
- Ability to learn/understand
new requirements quickly.

Pearl Programmers - (2 senior
positions, 1 junior position)
Required Skills :
3+ years of Object-oriented Perl, including mod_perl, perl
data structures and references, modules, and packages.
- 2+ years experience on
Databases like Oracle/Postgre SQL/MySQL.
- XML/XSLT using libxml or any
standard processor.
- Exposure to
css, dhtml, javascript.
- Experience on working with
operating systems like Linux/Unix/FreeBSD is a plus.
- Experience on any other open
source technologies like php. (optional)
- Knowledge on CVS, Apache, RT
